First inhabitant of the Olympus, the blacksmith God raised the palaces of the Gods and he chiseled their attributes with his hands. We owe him the scepter of Zeus, the weapons of Achilles, the diadem of Athena and Poseidon’s trident.
The most discreet among the 12 Gods, he barely leaves the heaven where he settled his forgery and from where he observes the World. Magician, he is feared for his ability to handle lightening and make his tools work by themselves.
He saved the Olympus by engineering Hercules’ arrows which, soaked in the blood of the Hydra of Lerna, overcame the revolt of the Giants.
Whispering to his divine siblings’ ears, he often carries the role of the skilled shadow counselor, protecting their interests while forging their weapons.
